Furry Friend. [Starring Cleo]

I don't know what I would ever do without my lil' furry friends, especially this little girl right here. I have never had a kitty as special as her, and I am lucky to have ever been able to spot her. She's rightfully named Cleopatra [Cleo for short, sometimes pronounced Key-o], because she acts like a snooty Princess. But, that's quite alright with me just as long as she gives me kitty kisses every once in a while. :)
I was trying to get her to open her eyes in the last one because she has gorgeous bright blues eyes, but she absolutely refused. Apparently she is just slightly camera shy, but not to worry I sneak up on her one day and snap some great ones!
Something interesting about my little Cleo, is that she loves laying next to or close to my feetsies, but will become absolutely irate if I dare touch her with my feet, haha! What did I tell you, such a Princess!
Okayyy, I'll stop bragging now...

P.S. What sort of furry friends do you have in your life? Share pictures! I'd love to see them. :)

The early birdy catches the wormy.

As a general rule of thumb, my family has always been the type that welcomes a plethora of animals into our home. I can't ever remember not having a dog as I was growing up, or sometimes even multiple dogs. It always seems like we are adding to our already existing zoo, and I couldn't be more enthused. I've been an animal lover ever since I could breath, and that works just perfectly with the current four dogs, two cats, two birds and million fish that we so carefully keep. Admittedly, one dog, cat and newly acquired bird are mine, but what can I say, I'm an animal girl! Over Spring Break I got this little guy from a friend, he's was just so darn cute I couldn't pass up the chance to add to my ever growing collection of furry (and now fluffy) friends. I've dubbed him to be named Azul, and that really speaks for his insanely vibrant colors that can only be fully appreciated in person. Trust me, these pictures don't do him much justice. && you'll definitely expect to see more of him, he tends to sit on my fingers about 80% of the day. :)

P.S. I am sure you as you all having been wondering, this is my exciting news!
